General Introduction


Welcome to Shenzhen!

We are very pleased to announce the 2014 International Conference on Biomedical Ultrasound (ICBMU 2014), which will be held in Shenzhen during 21–22 October 2014. We would like to sincerely invite you to attend this conference and present your latest work.

This meeting is a continuation of ICBMU 2013, which was held in Taipei in October, 2013. It aims at bringing together researchers in the field of biomedical ultrasound, and providing a platform to promote sharing and collaboration in specific focus areas. This year, the event will be held at the Seaview O’City Hotel in Shenzhen. This site provides a great venue for our conference as well as convenient access to many tourist attractions in Shenzhen (e.g., China Folk Culture Villages), where various activities can be arranged.

In addition, it is our great pleasure to have the following distinguished scholars as our keynote speakers:
